I'm Ready To Catapult My Business With Teleseminars!  Where Do I Start?

Can A Teleseminar Really Help My Business Grow?

Yes!  While postcards and emails are helpful tools when it comes to getting the word out about your business, talking directly to someone and explaining your services in your own words is always the best, most affective way to market.   With a teleseminar, you have a great advantage, instead of talking to just one prospect, you are speaking to several, perhaps hundreds of prospects at the same time and in the same amount of time it would take you to speak to just one person!  That's working smarter!

They say "It's easier to keep a client than it is to get a new one".  If this is true, and we believe it is, you'll want to do teleseminars for your existing clientele as well.  We can help you develop a schedule of educational seminars that will be of interest to the people with whom you are currently doing business.

Can Teleseminars Save My Company Money?

A teleseminar is an economical way to market your business these days. Instead of spending the money, time, and energy organizing any other kind of conference, instead of taking countless people to lunch, instead of sending out thousands of post cards that can't fully explain your business, and not to mention all the travel cost and time involved, pick up the phone and have 60 or more minutes of valuable time talking to people who are interested in what you have to say!

Will I Need To Learn Any New Skills to do a Teleseminar?

No!  Just leave all the technical stuff to us!  We do everything for you from start to finish!  We'll handle your bridge line, recordings, muting, everything!  All you have to do on the day of the seminar is have someone on the line who knows all about your business and the services you provide.

I Don't Have Time to Prepare a Teleseminar.  Can Someone Else do the Admin?

Yes!  That's why we're here!  Again, we do everything, so all you have to do is talk!  Please see our complete list of services on our "Services and Cost" page.

Who Develops the Content of the Teleseminar?

When it comes to standard teleseminars, after you've answered a few simple questions, ATI will be able to develop the questions for you.  When it comes to educational teleseminars we're able to suggest creative subjects for you to teach and help you to develop the content.  This service is called "Teleseminar Development".   For instance, if you offer financial planning, we might suggest an educational teleseminar called "7 Easy Ways to Save on Gas".  Do that one now, and the lines are liable to blow up!

How Do I Select the Subject of my Teleseminars?

ATI will help you develop the entire format for your teleseminar, from a basic introduction to your business or service to educational presentations related to your business or service.  We're even able to help with the research.  We can gather the information that people want to know and create a teleseminar for you that people will look forward to participating in. From start to finish, ATI is with you and doing all the things you don't have the time to do!  Just ask.

What If I'm Not Comfortable Speaking to a Large Group of People?

We understand, for some people, this is just not their "thing", but it doesn't mean that you have to pass up the golden opportunities that this kind of marketing offers.  The beauty of a teleseminar is that no one can see you and you can't see others! This should take some of the common nervousness away.  Also, you will be interviewed by a professional moderator who IS comfortable speaking to large groups of people and will know how to help you relax.  However, if push comes to shove, you can always let someone else who knows your business well, do the interview.   You'd be surprised how much your own secretary knows!

Who Will Conduct our Teleseminar?

Your teleseminar will be conducted (moderated) by a seasoned professional interviewer who is personable and a great listener!  This will be someone you can feel safe in knowing has the ability to maintain order in a professional manner.  Ultimately, your interviewer will know how to motivate listeners to action!

How Many People can be Interviewed During the Teleseminar?

We can interview as many people as you like and call it a "panel discussion".  However, we recommend no more than 3 people on a panel.  For teleseminars that are introducing your business or service, the person being interviewed should be knowledgeable and passionate about your business or service.  However, keep in mind, the questions will have already been discussed and for the most part, no one will be taken by surprise!

How Many People Can Be on the Line During One Teleseminar?

Your teleseminar can host from 1-1000 people.  ATI charges a nominal fee for each registrant.  Usually, this fee is included in YOUR cost to registrants.  Please see "Services and Cost" for more information.

How Often Should We Host a Teleseminar?

As we all know, the key to marketing is repetition.  Using a teleseminar is no different.  We suggest you host a teleseminar AT LEAST once per month for prospective clients and for existing clients.  Once you see your profits soar, you'll want to do them more often!  Some companies host teleseminars as often as once a week!

Should I Charge for my Teleseminars?

Yes, and No.  If your teleseminar is for educational purposes and you're teaching something, then you should charge a nominal fee.  Prospective clients and current customers will pay if you are providing information they are seeking.

On the other hand, you would not charge prospective clients to attend a teleseminar that you are using for the express purpose of promoting your services and gaining their business.

A clever approach might be to do a combination.  Hummm, what if we could create a teleseminar that both clients and prospects would like to attend?  The possibilities are endless.  Let's talk about it!

Should there be any Announcements during our Teleseminars?

Yes, by all means!  This is your decision, but it is highly recommended that you use this opportunity to present a special offer for your products and services. You'll want to offer something that will get people committed to your business.  Alert your listeners to things they can purchase that will be of benefit to them in relation to your teleseminar topic.  You'll also want to be sure to announce your next teleseminar!  Normally, you will make money immediately following a teleseminar.

How Will I know if a Teleseminar has helped my Business?

Immediately following the teleseminar we will provide you with a report that tells you the names of the people who were on the line.  When you gain business from these people, you'll know they came from the teleseminar.  Also, most businesses offer specials on items they are selling and many people make purchases immediately after a teleseminar.  You'll see results right away!

Who Owns the Copyright to the Content?

You do.  It's yours.

Will We Get a Copy of The Teleseminar?

Yes.  We will send you a link to download and/or a CD for a small fee.  You'll understand more once you've reviewed the "Services and Cost" page.

Can We Have A Transcript of The Teleseminars?

Yes you can.  This is an additional cost.  See the "Services and Cost" page.

Can We Schedule Several Teleseminars Over Many Weeks or Months?

This is exactly what you should do.  Make the commitment to market your business using this affective approach.  We can help you develop a complete teleseminar marketing campaign that will be scheduled well in advance.  This reserves your time slots and assures a successful strategy.

What Do you Charge to do a Teleseminar?

You'll be surprised to see how inexpensive it is!  See our "Services and Cost" page.

What are the Payment Terms?

New costumers are required to pay for each individual teleseminar at the time a contract is drawn up.  Customers scheduling a "teleseminar series" may pay in increments based upon the series selected.  Payments are accepted via our PayPal account. Once a financial relationship is established, we will be happy to accept checks, if this is a more suitable method of payment for you.

What is a Teleseminar Series?

A teleseminar series is a group of prescheduled, monthly teleseminars for a period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. ATI is able to help you select the topics and prepare the content and format for your series.  See "Teleseminar Development" for more information.

Do You Offer Discounts for Teleseminar Series?

Yes we do.  When you schedule a series of teleseminars, you save 15% when you pay in full, in advance.  When you pay in increments for a series, you save 7% off the total cost. Contact us for more information.
